    THANK YOU 😃
Without doubt, this is the best 'how to' video I've ever seen. Last night, my cistern wouldn't stop filling so I had to turn off the water. Today 24th December is Christmas Day where I live so I had no chance to call out a plumber. I came here to look for a video to see if it was possible to do it myself and came across your video. I followed your very clear instructions and now I have a pefectly working cistern and what's more is that it is much quieter when filling up.
Perfect, thanks again. Well done. 👏👏👏

Linstan!!! You are the BOMB!!! Your video saved my sanity!! I never thought i would findxa tutorial in English but there you are! Your instructions were perfect and although my model is slightly different, it worked. I would have never figured that out on my own. Scraped off 10 years of Brussels calcium from all parts, put it back together... zero money spent. I owe you a case of beer for sure!

Just to add another cause - for me, the water tap was simply too open and was causing the leaking to continue once the tank was full. I only found it out after following every step in the video and disparing as it was still leaking, but fiddling around and turning the water tap slowly clockwise reduced the leak until it stopped - but leaving enough pressure for the tank to fill as normal. The video was so useful as it gave me the confidence to go in, clean everything and it works overall much better on top and no longer leaks. Thanks!

Thank you Stan. I am still self isolating so didn't want to call in a plumber when my leak got worse. I found your video and it really helped as your system was identical to mine. I watched your video several times to absorb the information which was delivered quite quickly in an accent which caused me some problems! The subtitles really helped. I found bubbles on the flush washer so pricked them and put the whole lot back and it worked splendidly, no more leak. I have ordered another from Amazon and I'll put that on when it comes as I am now very confident in assembling and reassembling this amazing Geberit system thanks to your helpful video. Oh, the only problem I encountered was taking the flexible pipe off. The top screw I undid easily but I could not pull out the pipe. I solved it by unscrewing and removing the bottom joint of the pipe which came out easily as it was into plastic. Merci beaucoup.

    • @waftergaymo

@@Linstan No, I left the top joint as I was afraid too much pulling and twisting would break something. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". Just taking off the bottom connection of the flexible pipe worked well enough and the flushing unit came out easily. Without your video it would not have been possible. It gave me the confidence to try. Merci beaucoup again.
